Salt (Christine) and her best friend Pepper go to visit London and stay in the very mysterious home of Mr. Cubbington-Smith. This curious old man has garlic strung everywhere in the house, except in the rooms of Salt and Pepper and Salt's little brother Hal. Soon enough, a teenaged vampire visits the girls. He asks them to help him on a very spooky mission. The girls decline, but Salt's annoying little brother keeps getting in the way - and getting the girls into trouble!
