Richard Scrimger won a Mr. Christie’s Book Award in 1999 for his book The Nose from Jupiter. The series of zany, daring and delightful children’s books featuring the affable alien Norbert continued with A Nose for Adventure, Noses are Red and the latest book is The Boy from Earth.
Richard Scrimger lives in Ontario with his wife and four children.

Alan is returning home from the horrible camping trip he began in Noses are Red. One the way home he falls asleep, and when we wakes up, he sees Norbert beside him. This Norbert isn’t the tiny alien that was able to live in Alan’s nose, this Norbert is huge and is at the controls of a spaceship.
